Yes. Willable uses multiple layers of security to help protect your information, including:

  • Encrypted connections: All traffic to and from Willable is protected using HTTPS/TLS encryption.
  • Secure authentication: Your account uses encrypted passwords, secure session management, and optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for extra protection.
  • Role-based access controls: Internal access is tightly restricted using role-based permissions.
  • Database-level security: Row-level security means you can only access your own information.
  • Secure document storage: Will and funeral documents are generated server-side and stored securely.
  • Controlled will review: Solicitor reviews happen inside a secure portal — sensitive documents are not exchanged by email.
  • Secure payments: Payments are processed by Stripe, a global payments provider with industry-standard security.
